I want to get involved with ULI. Where do I start?
The best way to get involved is to attend our educational programs and networking events. Perhaps start with our “Coffee and Conversations” monthly networking events – or try one of our other events that are open to members and non-members. Ask to be included in our contact list so that you will receive e-mail communication when events are being announced and when they are open for registration. What do I get if I become a member of ULI?
There are several levels of membership in ULI and each level offers several benefits. All members receive the monthly “Urban Land” magazine which some members find useful and alone worth the price of membership. Other benefits include reduced registration fees for events, access to ULI resources, and the privilege of participating on ULI committees and task forces. How do I become a member?
Go to our Membership page to download a brochure to determine which membership is right for you. The membership categories are described and the annual fees are listed by type of membership. The fees applicable to membership in ULI BC are the fees for “All Other Regions” in the brochure and on the application forms, and there is no requirement for you to provide a resume or references. Simply download the applicable membership form, complete it and forward it to ULI by fax or mail. You may also join online at www.sandbox.uli.org/membership/join. How do I register for ULI BC events?
For most ULI BC events, registration can be completed online by accessing the ULI BC website. If you are a member, the online system will require that you log in with your username and password. If you are a non-member, the online system will require that you create an account with ULI. This will require that you input your basic contact information including your e-mail address. When you register on-line, you will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail – usually on the next business day. If you are having difficulty registering on-line prior to the on-line registration deadline, please call ULI Customer Service at 1.800.321.5011 (toll-free in Canada and the US) on business days from 9 am to 5 pm (EST) where ULI representatives are happy to assist you.
Other options for registration may include registration by fax or by mail, depending on the event. Please check our website for the registration options available for a particular event.

When can I register for ULI BC events?
When events are available for registration, online registration will be available on our website. If you are on our contact list, you will typically receive an e-mail advising of upcoming events and when they are open for registration. On-line registration will typically close 1 to 2 days prior to the date of the event. After that date, on-line registration is no longer available. If the event permits on-site registration, then you can show up at the event and register (if space permits). Please note that registration fees typically increase on the day of the event.
I am a member of ULI and my password is not working when I try to log-in to the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service at 1.800.321.5011.
How do I become a sponsor of ULI BC?
ULI BC offers various types of sponsorship opportunities, some of which are described on our Sponsorship page. Sponsorship opportunities are available on an annual basis at the Platinum, Gold and Silver levels. Additional sponsorship opportunities are available throughout the year for particular events with first option given to existing annual sponsors.
