Career Builders focuses on connecting top planning and development professional with growing professionals in an informal, interactive environment.
In this Career Builders event, Identifying Your Strengths, Carla Guerrera, Principal at Purpose Driven Development, Planning and Strategy will share her career experience and some key lessons learned, with the ULI community over an evening of drinks and light catering at Fasken Martineau’s Downtown Vancouver office. This event will be interactive, encouraging questions and discussion.

About our Speaker:
Carla Guerrera is a recognized leader in real estate development and innovative urban planning with a track record leading award-winning complex, mixed-use masterplans and waterfront revitalization projects. Carla has had a lead role in the planning and development of $800 million in real estate in Canada’s top markets. Carla is honoured to have recently been awarded both the Urban Land Institutes Top 40 Under 40 global land use professionals award (2014), and Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 Under 40 Award (2015). Carla is the founding Principal of Purpose Driven Development and Planning, a company focused on leveraging real estate development as a powerful tool of creating successful thriving communities, and increasing returns through a triple-bottom line focus.
