Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. EDT
Office development today is changing in fundamental ways, and developers are employing new and innovative approaches to serve changing tenant and societal demands. These approaches increasingly involve green and energy efficient design, walkable environments, fitness facilities, bicycle parking, floor-to-ceiling glass, and resilient building features. Tenants are also increasingly looking for office space that encourages collaboration and a productive social environment for their employees. This webinar will discuss the challenges and opportunities that developers encounter when developing and/or renovating office buildings today. The webinar will feature presentations and discussions related to two recently developed office buildings: 680 Folsom Street in San Francisco, and the Bullitt Center in Seattle.
