Innovative Developments: Three Philadelphia Case Studies
ULI Members Only Webinar
Philadelphia is one of America’s most historic, dynamic, and cosmopolitan metropolitan areas, and today it is undergoing an unprecedented transformation. Historic properties are being renovated and/or repurposed, new urban housing is being developed, and new retail and entertainment venues are emerging. This webinar will present three case studies of recently developed projects in the Philadelphia area. AF Bornot Dye Works is an adaptive reuse loft housing and retail project in the city that was financed in part via crowdfunding. Paseo Verde is a sustainable mixed-income multifamily project adjacent to Temple University. And the SteelStacks Arts and Cultural Campus is a former steel mill in Bethlehem, PA that has been transformed into an arts and cultural campus that features preserved blast furnaces. All three developments employed innovative approaches and excellent design to achieve their objectives.
