Tour – Oakridge Centre Rethink: Creating a Transit-Oriented Hub along the Canada Line
Located at the mid-point of the Canada Line and Cambie Corridor, Oakridge Centre, Vancouver’s first indoor shopping mall, is one of the most strategically sited redevelopment opportunities in Vancouver. In October, 2012, Ivanhoe Cambridge and Westbank Development filed a rezoning application with the City of Vancouver for a higher density, transit oriented mixed use development at Oakridge Centre including buildings at a range of heights up to 45 storeys with commercial, office, residential and public amenity space. The redevelopment proposal will increase the diversity of housing choices in the Oakridge neighbourhood and enhance the public realm.
The ULI BC Young Leaders Group invites you to a special opportunity to tour Oakridge Centre, learn more about this exciting project from panel experts and network with your fellow ULI members.
