What are the best bets for investment and development in 2014? The ULI BC Annual Real Estate Outlook offers a sneak peak at the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2014 report co-authored by PwC and ULI. Based on personal interviews with and surveys from more than 900 of the most influential leaders in the real estate industry, this forecast will give you a heads-up on where to invest, which sectors and markets offer the best prospects, and trends in the capital markets that will affect real estate. This year’s event will feature a presentation by Andrew Warren, co-author of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2014 report followed by an engaging panel discussion with local experts Jim Szabo and John Purcell. All attendees will receive a copy of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2014 report (a $50 value).

Trends in Real Estate 2014 report by our keynote speaker, Andrew Warren, and an author of the report, with an enhanced focus on the Canadian perspective. The Emerging Trends in Real Estate report has a 35-year history and is the most highly regarded and widely-read forecast report for the North American real estate market. Undertaken by PwC and ULI, it provides an outlook on investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, and other real estate issues.
