Join us Wednesday, February 8th along with ULI BC members,
Ryan Lalonde and David Jacobson!

Coffee and Conversations is ULI BC’s monthly early morning coffee networking event, where all real estate professionals can drop in to meet other like-minded colleagues, further their contact base, and share thoughts and ideas about industry issues that we are all so passionate about. Developers, builders, architects, urban planners, engineers, acquisition officers, brokers, mortgage professionals, appraisers, students – all real estate focused professionals…this networking event is for you! Open to ULI members and non-members. This event is free to attend, however registration is required. Attendees will be responsible for their own refreshments.

This month we are delighted to have Ryan Lalonde, Co-President and Partner, MLA Canada, and David Jacobson, Executive Vice President, Darwin Properties Ltd. join us for coffee and the conversation!  A brief bio of each of these senior leaders is provided below.

Ryan Lalonde, Co-President and Partner at MLA Canada.
Ryan is a real estate sales and marketing professional in Vancouver. Ryan propagated his industry-leading experience through the inception of BLVD Marketing Group in 2010, which has now recently merged with another industry leader, MAC Marketing Solutions, to create McNeill Lalonde and Associates. Together, Ryan Lalonde and Cameron McNeill lead a team of dedicated and passionate members specializing in all aspects of market intelligence, development strategy, branding, positioning and sales execution for residential developments.

David Jacobson, Executive VP of Darwin Properties Ltd.
David has over a decade of experience providing leadership on complex mixed-use real estate developments. His scope of responsibility at Darwin involves all aspects of project delivery from start to finish, from assessing the viability of raw land, to turning over the keys to a new building.
