Join Rhiannon Mabberley of Westbank Projects as she shares a common work day at one of Vancouver’s busiest development firms with an in depth look at the Rezoning for the Oakridge Mall redevelopment.

Join us as Rhiannon takes us through a day in life at one of Vancouver’s busiest development firms, including the Rezoning application of Oakridge Mall. At over 25 acres the Oakridge redevelopment is currently the largest in North America. Incorporating over 2800 residential units, a doubling of the mall, over 14 acres of community space and various amenities, the Oakridge redevelopment aims to redefine the landscape for municipal town centres.

Registration is open to both members and non-members only within the Young Leader category (35 years of age and under) and students.  Cost is $20 USD for members, $27 USD for non-members and we encourage you to register early as space is limited.

Of special note: All registration fees are in US dollars. After March 17th, fees will increase by $5 USD.  Online registration closes March 17th.  If you  have any dietary restrictions, please contact ULI BC (604.761.8060) to advise.
