December 9, 2015
9:00 am - 10:00 am
Online (Live)
Webinar United States

ULI is pleased to offer this complimentary, members-only webinar through its online resources centre.

The millennial generation is the largest generation in U.S. history, and today multifamily developers are crafting new properties that target this generation in a variety of ways. This webinar will focus on two projects that have positioned their multifamily offerings to appeal to young people. The Lofts of Washington University is a student housing and retail project in St. Louis, developed by Washington University, that is located in a pedestrian-friendly main street environment near the university. Oslo is a small 9-unit shared housing apartment building in Washington, DC, developed by Ditto Residential, that provides three- and four-bedroom apartment units targeted to young people who wish to share an apartment. Both projects rely on great urban locations and distinctive modern designs.

  • Dean Schwanke, Senior Vice President, Case Studies and Publications, Urban Land Institute, Washington, DC
  • Martin Ditto, CEO, Ditto Residential, Washington, DC
  • Henry S. Webber, Executive Vice Chancellor for Administration, Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri
