ULI Webinar: Developing Multifamily Housing for Millennials: Two Case Studies
ULI is pleased to offer this complimentary, members-only webinar through its online resources centre.
The millennial generation is the largest generation in U.S. history, and today multifamily developers are crafting new properties that target this generation in a variety of ways. This webinar will focus on two projects that have positioned their multifamily offerings to appeal to young people. The Lofts of Washington University is a student housing and retail project in St. Louis, developed by Washington University, that is located in a pedestrian-friendly main street environment near the university. Oslo is a small 9-unit shared housing apartment building in Washington, DC, developed by Ditto Residential, that provides three- and four-bedroom apartment units targeted to young people who wish to share an apartment. Both projects rely on great urban locations and distinctive modern designs.
