In partnership with the Brampton Downtown Development Corporation (BDDC), ULI Toronto is seeking entries for its second annual Urban Ideas Competition. This year’s competition is focused on ideas for rejuvenating and reinvigorating the downtown’s of former small towns within the Greater Toronto Area, many of which have been transformed into large commuter suburbs.
Members of the public, architects, landscape architects, designers, planners, artists, students and members of the development community are invited to submit visionary ideas or design proposals to re-energize and rejuvenate the downtown of the City of Brampton.
We encourage bold ideas and practical solutions!
WHO CAN JOIN:
Anyone can participate but the team lead must be a ULI member
Senior members of the real estate development community
$50 – Student Member (team lead)
$100 – Under 35 or Associate Member (team lead)
*Only team lead needs to register the team
– Stimulate discussion about main street revitalization
– Network with other real estate community professionals
– Present to a jury of senior members
– Showcase your work to the public (in downtown Toronto and Brampton city centre)
– Compete for prize winnings totaling $6000
